Now I have *easy* access to YOUR content - unveiled from a horde of aliases you use on other forums (most prolifically, the Warriors) - to copy-and-paste into *my* next product!

I don't know why we're getting a burst of Latin
at this forum. See this other example

Anyway, we give a big welcome here to Dr Mani.

Are you using the same script ClickBank does on its site?

Coz it sometimes garbles English into an exotic language, with one of these effects:

    * someone else gets credited the sale (coz he ate a 'cookie', I'm told!)
    * no one can get past to place an order (& I get 'hate mail')
    * a 'loop' is created (though I can't get to see one, despite trying hard)

To be fair, it happens rarely.

But that *could* explain the streak of latin creeping into the forum Wink

    All success,

    Dr.Mani

I don't know about Latin, but I'm reminded of a quote from Winston Churchill who said, 'Broadly speaking, the short words are the best, and the old words best of all.'

I hope that this forum doesn't start to experience too many short old words in Latin or any other language!

    Martin

Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum viditur.
(Whatever is said in Latin sounds profound)
    LOL!

    Great forum Harvey :)

... since I last heard it: "Goodness gracious... "

No one in Australia or India uses this beautiful English expression. That and the "Oh golly..." and "Oh sugar...", not to mention "Brilliant" spoken with a fantastic accent, are some of the memories of London I miss the most.

Haven't you ever heard Peter Sellers saying 'Goodness gracious me' in his best Indian accent to Sophia Loren?

My goodness, you've missed a brilliant treat.

    Martin.

I did see him play an Indian actor - Hrundi Bakshi - in "The Party". Not sure if that's the movie you're referring to. I loved it. Even have a DVD disc at home.

My favorite scene was where he steps on the dynamite just before the camera's ready to roll - and then looks innocently around when the set explodes!

We must have a similar taste in humour! The Party is one of my favourite films.

I love the scene in the toilet when he pulls the paper and it keeps on unrolling. then he innocently tries to tuck it all back into the pan.
