    Hey,
I was quite worried about my Clickbank refund rate, but today when I saw my refund stats I found this -
I know 2 refunds still not good, but better than 50% refund rate though. Razz

Oh heck yeah. I just wonder what the two refunds are about. Are you selling something that does not deliver on the promise you make or are you actively giving people a chance to recover if they do not like the product? I do not think that such a refund rate is anything to be embarrassed about...

Nowadays, no more refunds wanting customers, I must be doing someting good Smile Asking review copy and writing in my words. Everything seems so good.

Firstly I want to say the image you posted in your thread is too small to read. I think once you have selected the right products or services and describe your products or services in a proper way, you'll don't have to worry about the refund. And, you'd better write an article to tell your visitors about your refund policy so that they will know in which circumstances, they can ask you for a refund.
