Hey guys, I'm new to this Smile I've recently purchased Audience Builder through CB, and as part of setting up your site you have to T&C's. Would anyone be able to advice me on how to do this? I wouldn't have a clue where to begin.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Peter

Audience Builder is a new product from ClickBank specifically for affiliates. I'm not aware of any terms and conditions that ClickBank impose on normal affiliates - maybe they are referring to the FTC requirement of declaring that you receive commission on sales of products that you recommend.

    Best to ask ClickBank.

Hey there, I appreciate your quick response. However, I must apologise because I haven't made my self clear. What I meant to ask was would I go about setting my own T&C according to my site? This is what I'm required to do as part of building my website.

    Thanks

Is this just an optional field on your site for entering T and C ? Or do ClickBank say it is mandatory ?

If the latter I would ask them to explain.

As far as I can tell it is mandatory.

Plainly, if you don't specify terms and conditions you put yourself at risk of uncertainty and misunderstandings it's vital to establish the actual arrangement between the two parties involved in any deal. You need to cover yourself, so clients or partners have no opportunity to go back on their word.

I think you should look at examples on Google on some other websites for this.
