I already read your info at CBstarter.com. But its hard to believe that 2.8 million people are not setting up websites or a presell page or blogs that send traffic to their affiliate link. Are you saying that the majority is not
doing the business correctly or is it too hard to consistently sell clickbank products or what are the other reasons why so many people fail?

I would say the main reason is as you say they are not doing the business correctly. With few exceptions an affiliate link alone is not sufficient. And an unfocussed blog studded with irrelevant ads won't work either.

Beyond that is the problem of competition and getting traffic to your site.

If I decide to promote diabetes or weight loss is that too broad a niche? And is there too much competition to promote it?

Thank you for your reply. I just purchased an online business course for
$3,000 from Anik Singal's program The Profit Academy. They have the option page, thank you page, free offer and 52 emails all setup for niches like diabetes, weight loss, law of attraction, getting your ex back etc. they also offer paid click packages for $1 per click on clickonomy.com. where you
send traffic to your optin page to a related niche on clickonomy.com.
Do you think my chances of success are still slim with this program?

Health/Fitness niche is too competitive, for participating in that niche your strategy should be strong.

Mostly because 90% of the affiliates doesn't have any planning or have set unachievable goals in short term.

I think - maybe incorrectly - that you should go for a niche where you can add some value and not just be an extra click on the way.

But I am naive, I know..

Because its a "work" and it needs time and money. but many people neither want to invest time nor want to little investment on website and other advertising area.

Iím a firm believer that we should all do what we love in life. People who start affiliate or any kind of business by getting attracted by SHINY objects always FAIL. Because at end of the day they start to losing interest when they don't see money coming at them, I would say if you wanna get success! have patience.

    Hello,

But proper keyword analysis and blog setup for these keywords help a lot to enhance your business.

I would say start with Health niche, they convert really well. I have had most success with remedies category. Just give it a try and don't give up.

In the niche of Health competition is very high, it is not the best advice for a beginner.

I would recommend a niche of Beauty, there is not much money, but it is easier to promote yourself.
