I am promoting several lines of products via adwords, and since the beginning of this month, no changes made whatsoever in keywords, bids etc... in adwords ,my conversion and ROI have dropped by some 25% (across the board - not just clickbank products - so I don't blame clickbank for this one).

    competition? traffic quality?

please share if you have had any similar experineces with lower conversions in the last few days

    Hi

As a vendor I've had a photography package for sale for some months now (photobiz4u.com).

Up until approx 4 weeks back I was selling on average 2 or 3 per week via adwords and clickbank.

In the last 4 weeks that has reduced by approx 75%!

For me the competition hasn't changed, its the same as it was when I started, however what I've noticed is an increase in the amount of clickthroughs as a result of Google Content Targeting, rather than my keyword targeting.

I wonder if Google have changed the way our ads are accessed, and therefore we may be getting clicks that aren't as targeted as before.

    What do others think?

    Bobby

I recently went through all my Adwords and made sure they all were "in quotes" or [in brackets] to be sure I wasn't getting shown where I didn't want to be.

My adword promoted products are all down this month. ClickBank, CJ and others. Clicks are the same and I don't have much Content Ad activity (and never had) so that is not the issue.
