HI all ... nice to see this area develop! Much needed ....

I have a question regarding legitimate usage of the word "Clickbank."

If I want to name a website "some-clickbank-thing.com" is this ok if I put a disclaimer on my site that I am not connected with Clickbank, and if I use a "registered" symbol with their name?

    and .....

If I write an ebook entitled "Amazing Clickbank Whatever." is this an appropriate use of their name? (plus using the same techniques as above)

Obviously, there are both websites (this one) and ebooks that HAVE used CB's name, and I wonder where the legal line/obligation is.

    Thanks!

It's best to check each individual case in advance with
    ClickBank.

Usually they will ask you to publish a disclaimer and
    use their registered trademark.

Well, sadly, I am back .... I have written clickbank three times now and cant get an answer to my question above regarding the use of the name Clickbank, and putting a disclaimer on my website or in an ebook ....

Steve Rouse, can you tell me how I can get an answer? I see there are almost 300 domain names containing the term Clickbank, so presumably it is possible ..... and I am trying to stay legal here ...

    Thanks .....
