In the 11 months I've been a ClickBank merchant, I've had four occasions on which I needed an answer to a simple question regarding my account and/or ClickBank procedures.

    Each time I e-mailed them to accounts@clickbank.com.

None of my brief, clear questions received a reply.

Are you aware of this lack of customer service from ClickBank?

What are your customers supposed to do when their queries are ignored? Simply write another message to the same address and hope they have better luck?

    danonday,

Sorry to hear about your unanswered email. Of course it is not our policy to ignore inquiries from our customers. We have a dedicated staff anxious to handle your concerns.

As you probably know, email is not always to most reliable method of communication. Unfortunately, because so much spam contains references to ClickBank (thanks to certain unscrupulous marketers bent on ruining things for us all) many ISP's periodically place our domain name on blacklists and prevent us from receiving legitimate email. Perhaps your ISP is one of those.

We are currently developing a messaging system which you will be able to access from behind your ClickBank login screen. This will allow reliable 2-way communications between ClickBank and it's customers which does not rely on email.

In the mean time, if you have an ongoing concern please PM me here on this board and I will forward your concern on to our customer service team.

We are sorry for missing your inquiries.

Thanks for your quick reply, Steve.

My ISP hasn't blacklised e-mail with "ClickBank" in the title. I've received e-zines that fit that description with no problem.

The larger problem seems to be that -- except for your kind offer to contact you directly via this message board -- you have not created a structure that makes it easy for your customers to reach ClickBank in the event of a problem....And that, at present, if an e-mail from a customer is ignored by someone whose job it is to reply, the customer has no where else to go.

Your promise of a special messenging system sounds good. I hope you also will consider adding a special address your customers can use in the event that their queries or problems are not dealt with satisfactorily.

    Thanks,
    Dan O'Day

P.S. I'd be interested to hear if other Forum members have experienced unanswered e-mails to ClickBank's "accounts" customer service. Perhaps I'm the only one this has happened to....

I emailed CB twice in the last couple of months and on both occasions have received a prompt reply within 12-24 hours.

I haven't sent a lot of emails to Clickbank, but when I have I have
always gotten a reply from them also. It used to be the same day,
but lately it is usually the next day, but that is still satisfactory to me.

I have emailed them three times using the same address as you with a simple question from two different email accounts over the last week and have gotten no response of any kind. It is very frustrating.
