    Hi All,

I am just looking for some encouragement that someone else has had success via Facebook ads. Several of my ads have plenty of click-throughs, but I don't see any purchases in CB.

I was a little surprised that not even one purchase with all those clicks on my FB ads. So thought, well maybe I'm just being either naive or you know a trick, or someone has figured a way to scoop my ad purchases from my CB account?

    Appreciate your feedback.

Same is happening to me. I've had over 81 click-throughs in the last 4-5 days but no purchases. I'd love to know how I can get it through all the way.

    Hi hutch,

Well, at least it's comforting to know it happens elsewhere too . . .I wish you success! It's a bummer our ads aren't producing ;-(

It's also a bummer that we're not receiving any feedback or advice from clickbank reps either.

    Harvey,
How do I go about getting clickthroughs on my hoplinks I'm promoting? I have over 85 hops in the last week, but none were click-throughs. I'd really like to start making money on clickbank but I just can't seem to bust through that wall.
    How do I do it?

Just to get the terminology right: a click-through is a click on your affiliate link (your hoplink).
So you had 85 click-throughs but no sales.

    Two essential points

    1) 85 is far too small a number to say whether
your advertising campaign will be successful or not

    2) The success of your campaign will depend on
    - your target audience
    - your presell

    Thank You Harvey,

New affie. It's good to know the click-thru numbers need to be much greater to expect any sale. Will keep trying and not give up so soon on the smaller numbers. . . . need to wait it out.

    Thanks again,
    ~Karen

You can make fanpage and make an ad campagne of your fanpage! Cause advertising a facebook fanpage on facebook yoiu will pay cheaper then when you advertise a external link!

Also, if you are using FB, make sure you are targeting the audience in your niche. There are videos on you tube which show you how to use alexa.com to determine who is visiting which sites which helps you narrow down you target audience.

this ensures that you are not wasting money on clicks by people not interested in your niche.

yes, 81 is way too small.
It also depends on the quality of your product (Gravity, salesletter, ...). As a rule of thumb, a very good product has 1% convergence rate. That means, one sell for every 100 impressions.
However, keep in mind that people do not buy things at first sight. You need to follow up at least 5 times before they decide to purchase. That's why you need to build your list first.
So I suggest, instead of sending traffic to your Hoplinks (Which is a really bad idea), try to send it to your squeeze page! Encourage people to opt in by giving them something for free (PLR, video, report,...etc).
Once they opt-in, you can start promoting your product. (However, avoid hard selling in your first follow-up emails!).

    I hope this helps,
    cheers

This would make 2 steps for a user to get to your target link rather than one. Do you lose any traffic that way (i.e. people get to your fan page but then bounce)? If so, how would that affect the ROI for the ads?

Are you pointing your fb ads directly to clickbank offers?

Maybe it's better an opt in page, than a thank you page pointing to clickbank offer.

This because the lead has just performed an action and so it's more engaged (and you have the mail of the person).

Try also to use Insight of the public, Public Audience and

use a pixel to create a similar public of the people clicked in the ads:

this will cause a good loop where more people click in your ad turn in more people targeted by facebooks' algorythm

You have to study more and more about facebook ads. It seems that you you can't target properly. so you are not getting result I mean sale.

In facebook ads target is the main. So don't give ads on fb without knowing the targeting system.
