Auto deducted my Paypal account even cancelled.

i cancelled a free trial with the clickbank seller many days ago.
The seller also blocked me access to the free trial right away.

But today clickbank still deduct my paypal account for monthly subscription.

How can i get this auto billing transaction reverse ?
    Many thanks for advice.
