I have been advertising a few clickbank products through Google Adwords. I have been breaking even. It seems to me that for about every clickbank item out there that there is something similar being offered for free. I am slowly coming to the conclusion that it is a waste of time and money. Convince me it is not. Toss out some ideas. How else can I promote their products? Thanks

    cnc123,

Just curious, do these happen to be your own products? I noticed
with one of them, the id is cnchampion, and your name here is
    cnc123.

So I take it all the products you listed are yours:
    http://palsol.com/resellers.html
and you are using this forum to spam and promote your own products.
Correct me if I am wrong.

    So this site isn't yours:
    http://palsol.com/resellers.html

I'm sorry, I assumed that since your product was listed on this
page along with all the other products you listed, that this
was your page. I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but it did look that way.

It appears to me that cnc123 is promoting all these products and they
probably all his. Most of the websites have the same look and all the ones
that have a contact email address are the same.

Don't waste your time promoting these products. He certainly doesn't
need affiliates to promote his products since he already makes $2,000 a
    day. Yeah, right!

cnc123, please take your help elsewhere.

I agree with Barry and the rest. Go to CB pick your products, research and test. BTW I have promoted some of cnc123s products and they did not do too well.

You are SO open about your winning vendors/products. Why don't you worry that you'll draw competitors who will be bidding against you, and dividing up the market?

In reading hundreds of threads, you're the first person who has done this. If you have some reason why it doesn't hurt you, we could all follow your lead and share which vendors give us the best conversions/profits.

Actually, I agree with Barry. I believe it is possible this person could
be making $2000 a day, but when someone comes on here
recommending his own products, and makes it sound like he's an
affiliate recommending other products, it makes his recommendations
    much less credible.

Wow, I can't believe you all actually figured this one out .. and pretty fast.

You guys crack me up ... do you even realize how many merchants post about their own products pretending to be affilaites who have found their "best site ever!" on this forum and you all never even realize it? I can name at least 3 vendors that heavily promote their own products pretending to be "affiliates" all the time. You all keep posting and posting right back to them asking for more info .. tell me your stats .. let me know how you are doing .. falling for it each time. Rolling Eyes

    TechFan,

You are completely right about that. I made another post regarding
this under another topic a while aback. I noticed how people will come
in under different names, recommend the same product, and all of these
people have only made 2 or 3 posts total on this forum. It looked
very fishy to me. I don't pay a lot of attention to recommendations
    made on this forum.

    Wayne,

Smart man. Basically no one is going to recommened to anyone else a "super seller site". If the site is making you great sales you are NOT I repeat NOT going to post it on this forum so you can increase your competion.

Simple rule .. if someone is making a BIG deal about how great a site is doing .. they are the owner. If a person starts a thread or posts more than once in a thread about a site that they are converting well - they are the owner.

If a person keeps adding to a thread to keep it at the top of the forum over and over promising more information about the site, their stats and so on and so on - they are the owner.

They make it so obvious it amazes me.

    TechFan,

I made a post about a site that was doing well for me, since people asked me to share that information. Then people PMed me asking me for my stats and keywords, etc. I have no problem giving that information. There is nothing wrong with a little friendly competition. If I start losing money, then I just adapt to a better marketing strategy, or move on to some new products.

Rolling Eyes Yes, it's good to see how concered you are about everyone elses bottom line. How kind of you. You are a real humanitarian.

You really think people are that stupid? Oh, don't answer that yes they are because they keep posting and posting don't they. Yes, there are a lot of newbies here that actually will fall for that. Actually it makes me laugh and realize why so many people on here can't make any $$. Because they are so green .. haha less competion for me.

Your like that guy from surveyscout.com who posts on anther message board and admits he owns the site then comes here with the SAME username and promotes the site pretending to be an affiliate just letting people know how great it does (because he is so nice ) and then denies he has anything to do with the site. At least use another username if you are going to try and pull that.

If you own the site just say you own it .. don't insult everyone by thinking you are so slick.

These are blatent spam posts if I have ever seen one. I can't believe the moderators don't pull them as soon as they are posted.
