Question: What is the opposite of a refund ?
There are two answers.

OK, the opposite of refund is ... a product that a
customer buys again and again.
Examples would be access to a membership site or
software sold on a renewal basis.
Something that you can't do with ClickBank as they don't
provide recurring billing.
Now when ClickBank does not provide a feature in steps a
software author to fill the gap.
Just take a look at this growing list of 3rd Party Tools here
And take a particular look at Easy-Download Protector
It's always been one of the most popular solutions for
stopping theft of ClickBank (and Paypal) products.
But now its creator, top marketing guru Michael Green,
is upgrading the product so that you can offer limited
time membership or monthly** access via ClickBank or
(** Actually you can set the period to be anything from
2 minutes to 20 years).
For example, you can set it to disallow access each
month, and Easy-Download Protector will automatically
email your customers to ask them to pay again via either
PayPal or ClickBank (as you require). Once they've paid,
their account is automatically re-activated. You have
full control over the reminder and chase up emails and
it works on a per product basis.
Everything is configurable and you can set any time-out
period and any reminder structure. There are 3 types of
- the 1st email warns that access will be running out
- the 2nd email warns that access has just been terminated
- the 3rd email is a reminder that they still need to
renew their membership/access
I'm not aware of any other product offering this new
functionality and I doubt if one will appear as Michael
told me that it was a huge technical task.
