Hi, I've been visiting for a while but this is my first post.

I've been dealing with clickbank for a few months now and have had no problem until today.

I have been trying to make a purchase all day but after filling out my details and hitting purchase I get a message appear that says:

Please correct you email details below.

1st: there are no email details below
2nd: My email address is fine.. working perfectly.

Must be something is screwing up at CB at the moment and are all sales being effected?

I have several accounts - am I unable to make a sale today??? I've had none.

I sent them an email using their "contact us" form (rather inadequate as there are only preset menus to chose from) and have to wait until at least Monday before the support team is at work.

For a company that says it prides itself on customer service a Mon to Fri only customer support is rather poor in this 24/7 internet world we are trading in. Is clickbank not earning enough to employ a support team 24/7? I think not.

Ok got that off my chest.

So how is everyone?

Maybe try using a different e-mail adress on the order page.

It has not happened to me till date. Even its customer service is good...when compared to other affiliate networks.
