Hello SuperTips readers,

Would you by chance be thinking of purchasing a book
about how to write great sales letters ?

Well DON'T !

I'll save you the money.

I'm going to show you how to write a great one - no
charge.

So what makes me an authority on producing sales copy ?

Well I'm not.

I'm simply going to point you to what must be one of the
finest sales pages on the Net - one that you can study
and model.

But first cast your mind back to my issue last February
(number 119 in the archives). I told you how I was
discussing online marketing with Michael Green: he is
one of the world's top marketing gurus - and yet
unbelievably has a full time job as a Tory MP (Member of
Parliament).

His "How To" series of toolkits have notched up record
sales and his "How To" Internet Marketing forum is one
of the most busy on the Net.

Michael is a multi-talented individual: for example he
founded his own printing company at the age of just 21:
and holds a Private Pilots Licence !

But all these achievements pale into insignificance
compared to this one.

He has now been inducted into my hall of fame

During our conversation he casually mentioned in passing
the earnings he received from putting AdSense on his
forum.

A figure which had me reeling in disbelief.

After all I had put AdSense on my forum

and removed it after its pathetic performance.

So surely Michael has some lucky guardian following him
around bestowing him with all these talents ?

He simply slaps a line of AdSense on his forum and sits
back basking in the profits while my attempt has bitten
the dust ?

It's surely luck isn't it ?

Well of course I think you know the answer.

Take a look at Michael's book "How To Start A Forum" at
my site. When he decided to start his forum he put in a
huge research effort which included locating over 80
sources of free forum software. He was then able to
transpose his findings into the definitive book about
starting a forum.

And in a similar way he did not just slap a line of
AdSense on his site.

He spent months of research and painstaking testing
finding out what works and what doesn't. And as you
might expect is now in a position to produce the
definitive guide on AdSense - Pure AdSense Gold

What I particularly like about his approach to AdSense
is that he starts by helping you formulate the sort of
AdSense sites you want to build.

You could opt for a quick and basic site which nets you
a seemingly feeble dollar per day.

But of course what stops you then building 100 similar
sites ?

Or, you could focus on a big content site earning 50
dollars a day say. This would take much longer to
initially build and you would then continue by adding
more content. However Michael shows how you can get
content added automatically and also how to get others
to provide content for you ! As well as making the site
an attractive target for the search engines.

In a series of highly professional videos Michael guides
you step by step with topics such as keyword research,
positioning of AdSense blocks, tracking and testing,
site promotion.


It was at this point that I seriously thought of
backtracking on my resolution not to dabble in AdSense
again. After all one of the great plus points of AdSense
is that you don't need to deal with customers, refunds,
support.

Yes I was beginning to warm to the idea of returning to
AdSense.

In fact you could say

"AdSense makes the Harv grow fonder"

But there was even more.

In a special resource center Michael has listed a huge
set of tools which he has used to create his AdSense
sites.

Now you might think he has simply cobbled together a
list of items and stuck his affiliate link on them.

Wrong.

They are all free tools.
