With all the recent sites being removed from Clickbank Marketplace and discontinuing Clickbank payments, I think we need a thread where these sites can be posted. After all, it's affiliates who lose out when Clickbank drops these sites and the link either no longer works, or it works, but the site has switched payment processors.

Here are a few relatively recent ones I've found

gcv2005 - www.affiliatecashvault.net
start - www.mintjobs.com
iiqureshi - www.buyqualitytraffic.net
awsum1- www.totallyfreehits.com
zinvest - www.process-emails-at-home.com

If you find any more, you can post them up.

Clickbank gives you 48 hours to change the processor once they notify you that your site is being dropped. They seem to disable the sites' hoplinks after awhile. I guess the actual account just remains open for payment purposes.

ok, before i got my website approved, i was asked to remove all amount of money that will be made using my program,( all figures), i did that and i got approved, but now i think those figures which are reasonable will help sell my program more. so if i put them back on my website, will my account be closed?

Not necessarily. Clickbank doesn't actively check up on all the sites in the marketplace. It is possible in the future that they could warn you about it though when they find out and you may have to remove it again. So it is up to you if you want to take the risk.

Thanks for the list! I had bee promoting one of them.
Here are 2 more that I wasted PPC money on, as they have changed their payment method.

megaprom - http://www.megapromoter.com
75million - http://www.101-website-traffic.com

(the clickbank links still work, however)

Making earnings claims can not only cause problems for you with the FTC but it can also lead to civil claims from people who purchase your product and don't earn the amount you promote.

ClickBank was probably doing you a favor by getting you to remove such references, not to mention possibly avoiding FTC action and/or civil claims against ClickBank because of your site's claims.

Just out of curiosity (I don't sell ebooks so it's just, as I mentioned, a curiosity), would it be okay to tell how much money you made?

So for example, instead of saying: "Make $100 in only 4 years!"

..but instead said: "How I made $100 in only 4 years!"

...do you think that would be acceptible?

That way it's not an earnings promise, it's simply a factual account of how much you made.

Like I said, just curious Smile

cheers

So if someone clicks on my hoplink on one of these, then follows the clickbank link and buys a product from the market place, do I get commission on that since it was my hoplink that got them to the market place? I don't see how, but hoping

I don't understand the question, maybe someone else can help.

How would someone who clicks on your hoplink end up at the MarketPlace?

As far as I know, your only obligation is to disclaim the amount you suggested. You have no way of knowing what somebody can earn, but your statement is what you, yourself was able to achieve.

It's called an "earnings disclaimer"

Everybody offering their personal financials publicly should offer an earnings disclaimer that spells out that your income is not what is guaranteed or even implied. But rather an indication.

Also, offering direct advice in an ebook can make you vulnerable to a left field attack.

Legally you should always establish yourself as simply a writer or "entertainer" and not a business advisor. I always state that the individual should seek their own legal or business advice by a qualified professional.

I offer ideas and motivation, not business, financial or legal advice.

ALL this clickbank BS is the exact reason that I keep my site out of the market place.

When a page was missing I was promoting a link came up for clickbank instead explaining that page was gone. So if someone clicks the clickbank link then goes to the market place to buy something I'm hoping I still get paid since my link was the last one clicked

If Clickbank takes down a site - They could easily email all of the affiliates to let them know. I think that Clickbank is setting themselves up for a lawsuit. They know that people are paying out big money to promote these sites.

Keep in mind that ClickBank doesn't know which affiliates are promoting which products. They would need to contact every person who has ever signed up for an account with every announcement.

I'm not saying they shouldn't or couldn't do that, I'm just pointing out there is no list of affiliates promoting each product.

Further, ClickBank seldom, if ever, sends out a general announcement to affiliates/publishers.
